What is TrackYourMobile?

TrackYourMobile is a service that helps you find a lost phone or contact the person who has it.

How exactly does the service work?

Our service works in two simple steps: ring the phone or send a location SMS.

Is it legal to use this service?

Yes, our service is perfectly legal because it requires the consent of the person being located.

Is the location animation displayed real?

No. The animation displayed before subscription is a visual simulation. The actual location only occurs if the recipient clicks on the SMS link and explicitly authorizes sharing their position. Without this consent, no location data is collected.

Service Operation

How to ring a phone?

To ring a phone, log in to your client area and click "Ring phone".

How does SMS location work?

An SMS with a link is sent. If the person clicks, their position appears in your space.

What happens if the person does not click the link?

Without clicking the link, no location is possible.

Where do the calls come from?

Calls come from an international number, usually from the United States.

Pricing and Subscriptions

How much does TrackYourMobile cost?

Trial period: 48 hours for €0.50. Subscription: €39.90/month.

How does the trial period work?

Pay €0.50 for 48 hours of full access. Without cancellation, the subscription starts automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from your client area in "My Profile".

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Are there hidden costs?

No, no hidden costs. The price shown is the price you pay.

Security and Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes, all connections are encrypted and we comply with GDPR.

What do you do with phone numbers?

Numbers are only used for the requested service and are never resold.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from settings.
